The following payment terms apply to all transcription and transcript refinement projects. By submitting payment or approving project commencement, clients acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

PayPal Payment Policy

PayPal is accepted for direct transcription orders, interview transcription, academic transcription, qualitative research transcription, and AI transcript refinement projects.

  • All PayPal projects must be paid in full upfront before work begins.
  • Please review all project details carefully before payment submission, including turnaround time, formatting preferences, and transcript requirements.
  • Completed work, delivered transcripts, and project revisions are governed according to the Project Policy.
  • Clients agree to communicate any concerns directly for resolution before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
  • Refund requests are reviewed individually based on project scope, delivery status, and revision history.
  • By submitting PayPal payment, clients acknowledge and agree to these payment terms and project conditions.

Upwork Contract Policy

Clients who prefer platform-managed workflow and payment protection may request project handling through an Upwork contract.

  • Projects are managed according to Upwork platform terms and conditions.
  • Both hourly and fixed-price contracts are available depending on project scope and workflow requirements.
  • Milestones, turnaround schedules, transcript format, and revision expectations are discussed before project commencement.
  • All communication, file exchange, approvals, and payment processing remain within the Upwork platform.
  • Clients receive Upwork platform payment protection and transparent project tracking throughout the contract period.
  • Delivered work is subject to the agreed scope and transcript formatting requirements established within the contract.

Confidentiality & NDA

All client recordings, transcripts, research interviews, and project materials are handled with strict confidentiality and secure file management practices. NDA-ready support is available upon request for academic, research, and interview-based projects.
